An excellent massager. It has three adjustable bending levels. In the folded position it does not take up much space. Relieves tension under the lower back, shoulders and neck. I also liked it. Fast delivery too.

It really relieves my back pain. When you lie on it, gravity forces your back into a natural arch position. It relieves pain especially on pinched nerves.

I found it easiest to insert the widest side of stretcher first. Then you have leverage to push the smaller side into whichever slot you feel comfortable using. I started with the stretcher in its flattest position. Line up widest end at buttocks. Slowly lay down with knees bent, palms down, and elbows facing behind you. Relax your shoulders and breathe. Remember to press your abdomen muscles into the floor as you lay down and sit up. This will strengthen and support your back at the same time. At first, I did not feel much of a stretch. Then I moved it to the middle slot. Lying on the stiff base for 15 min. Made it easier to bend stretcher. I do this every morning & evening for 15 mins or more. My back feels great! I have less pain in the lower back since using this device.
