Refunds and Returns
Try our products completely risk-free. If you're not 100% satisfied within 30 days of receiving your product, contact us to arrange a return. Once your return is received, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please contact us via the contact form first before returning the item.
You will need to pay the shipping costs for returning your item. You should also use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will then process the refund or send out the replacement.
If you did not receive the product within the maximum guaranteed time (60 days), you can request a refund or a reshipment.
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (60 days) has expired. You can do it by sending us a message via our contact page.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
