LumbarMate™ is a 360 degree wrap around back brace designed to provide compression, protection and support for the lower back. It relieves lower back pain and improves stability with the use of specially contoured lumbosacral steel and flexible support plates. These plates are removable and can be slotted into a back pocket built into the brace.
How Does It Work?
Special double pull tension straps push the support plates against the spine, providing compression and support for the lower back.
The support plates are contoured to follow the spinal curve. This compression aligns the spine, restores the spinal curvature, improves posture, and helps relieve pinched nerves that could cause sciatica, a pain that runs down the buttocks and legs.
LumbarMate™ helps to stabilize your lower back, reduce micro-motions at the affected spinal segment, distribute the spinal forces evenly, and spread the weight across the body. Contoured Lumbosacral Support Plates
The back support plate and side splints add extra strength and pressure to your lower back. The primary plate is specially shaped to match your spine's natural curve, while the two splints are slightly curved to support the quadratus lumborum muscles on both sides of your lower back. This pad contains small tourmaline stones that heat up naturally on contact with the skin. It provides soothing hot compress therapy to help improve blood circulation by dilating the blood vessels in the affected area. This brings nutrients to the affected area, thereby accelerating the healing process and reducing pain, back stiffness and soreness.2. Breathable Mesh Pad

LumbarMate™has a steel plate for support. The plate is curved to follow the spinal curve. As you wear it, the plate pushes against your spine, keeping you straight. This posture reduces pain caused by pinched nerves. It also includes a self-heating pad to help reduce inflammation and improve blood circulation.
Back braces found elsewhere mostly lack any rigid support. Some may have soft plastic strips, which are ineffective. They also lack any heating function. Other belts may have inbuilt heat pads, but do not offer any support. LumbarMate™ offers the best of both worlds - a steel plate for lumbar support, as well as a heat pad for heat therapy. Both of them are removable, so you may wear the belt in any configuration.
Please do not wash with a washing machine. Remove all the pads and steel plates, then wash with warm water and soap, and air dry. This will ensure that the materials will not be damaged and to assure a long life of the brace.

It’s good and outstanding for me
I’ve had support belts for a long time. The VA gave me one that seemed to do the job, and content for a long time. Then I saw this belt on social media and impressed me on the double wrap and metal supports. It supports the back with a molded spine metal piece and two metal pieces as side support. This belt comes with Plastic supports for less rigidity. I like the metal firmness. It’s made well, and hope that the everyday wear doesn’t degenerate the fabric. It does the job I was expecting it to do. So far, so good. Would I recommend it? Absolutely yes. The only negative is that it took a few weeks to arrive. Once you see it and feel it, you know you made the right decision. Make sure to give them the right measurement. It’s important. Nearly invisible under your clothes. I’m considering a second as to alternate wear, to air it out. One more thing. I messed up on the size, and they were amazingly nice to forward me the right size for me immediately. Go figure.🫶
This make my pain bearable
The first day I put it on I felt results just felt so much better back pain, went away got to be consistent with it though. Wear the brace every day keep it clean best investment I could’ve ever made especially what I do for a living. I’m so happy with this I recommend anybody that has back pain problems to get this ASAP.
Where do you begin when something PERFECT…….and this brace and this company is all that and more!!! I've had a bad back for years and almost as many braces. This is comfortable with beautiful workmanship and design and most important, I know longer need help in getting off the chair. I have even slept with it and awakened to freedom from back pain. This has been an amazing answer for lifelong pain.
Best belt I’ve tried so far, the metal bar seems to adjust my spine when I have bad posture. I have had chronic pain in my back for 15 years and this belt doesn’t get rid of the pain but I can be more active and less grumpy. Be careful with the sizes, mine could be one size smaller but it’s working so far.

There are a lot of things in the package, 3 different pads, one with magnets, one with pockets where you can put in an ice pack, then there is a ses of metal support plates. And metal strips Good deal.
My lower back pain has significantly reduced over the months of using this. Note that instead of the heat therapy pad, there is another pad with a pocket where you can fit in an ice pack too. And a third pad with a warm velvety type surface. I am not sure what that one is for but it is comfortable anyways.
The size chart is accurate, do not doubt, take according to your measurements. My waist is 115 cm, the table is XXL. Lay fasten more comfortable, Velcro overlap 9 cm, another 10 remains for tightening. The belt itself is like one large elastic band with Velcro, I.E. The fabric with holes is slightly stretched, during wearing its comfortable, Velcro quality, holds tight. Small Velcro adjusts additionally tightening ribbons, which consist of 2 parts, a dense satin part on the abdomen and an elastic band on the back. The insert left metal, but it is cold, even through the clothes I can feel it, so that the linings included are not extra. In the end, I like everything, looks great and the performs the support function.

The self warming pad takes some time to heat up. But once it does it gets quite hot. I had to remove it after a while. Overall a very good belt with excellent quality.

I love it! The steel plates and strips can be removed from the pockets so you dont have to use them if they�re not comfortable for you. The belt is effective even without the metal supports.
